Construction sheet steel

Fields of use

Construction sheet steel is used where components with high strength values and impact energy ratings are required at -40°C. Thanks to the outstanding mechanical properties, constructions with lower wall thicknesses can be produced, which saves weight. This is suitable for vehicle construction, hoists, cranes, etc.

Description

Wear plates are low-alloy, tempered and quenched steel sheets. They can be welded, bent, drilled and cut. Construction sheet steel is not intended for further thermal treatments.
