With the most modern waterjet cutting plant and high performance sawing centres

In our Embrach Service Centre we process (round the clock) steel bars and tubes in three high performance sawing centres, which are controlled and programmed from our headquarters in Zurich. In addition to this, we also have 9 semi automatic saws at your disposal for large series production.

One of the most modern and largest 5-axle waterjet cutting plants in Switzerland – with a large format supporting surface area of 3,010 x 8,500 mm - for the processing of steel sheets and plates with a thickness of up to 150 mm is available for the individual and serial production of semi finished goods and sheet steel components, from a sketch, drawing or CAD file! Waterjet cutting with an output pressure of over 4,200 bar guarantees material sparing processing and maximum precision.

Components and semi-finished goods with clean cutting surfaces and a tolerance of less than 0.1 mm offer ideal prerequisites for the sheet processing industry, but also for plant manufacturing, mechanical engineering and vehicle manufacturing. Two dimensional and 3D cutting heads enable efficient parallel cutting. We also process commission orders.
